- Planning parties, designing menus and drawing up guest lists
- Changing my calendar over to March and getting excited about the beginning of Autumn
- Colour coordinating my books, the prettiest of all procrastination
- Visiting home on weekends and seeing old, old friends in between family engagements
- The excitement of launching Easy Thrills Empty Pockets after we’ve been planning for so long!
- Going to the dentist only to be told that nothing needs doing, yay!
Things Ell-Leigh Loved
- Candles that fill the entire apartment with a delicious scent of caramel and vanilla
- Watching the little plants on my balcony grow! … slowly.
- Going home to the parent’s house and spending some quality time with the puppy!
- Epic pampering sessions including face-masks, blackcurrant scented body scrubs and moisturising that leads you to exclaim, “I am the goddess of all that is lemon-scented!”
- Having the time to write, read and have a good time with friends.
